Your Order

When will my order be despatched?

All of our products are despatched within 48 hours of your order being received.

How long will delivery take?

We mail all orders within 48 hours of receipt (except weekends) using a 24 hour tracked service with DPD or Royal Mail 48 hour tracked depending on the size of your order. Therefore you can expect your books within three working days.

How do I track my parcel?

Your package will be delivered by Royal Mail and can be tracked here.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We also ship to the US, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. At the moment we don’t shop to any other countries but keep checking back because we are looking into it.

Can I get my delivery sooner?

No, sorry, not at this time.

How much do you charge for shipping?

UK Delivery:

  • £4.00 postage and packing. Postage is free on any orders over £25.

Returns

How do I return something?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us to let us know and you will be able to return it within 30 days of receipt in an unopened, resalable condition for a full refund. Details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here.

Do you offer free returns?

Regrettably, we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item unless it is incorrect or faulty. Details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here.

How much do the books cost?

Individual books are £8.99. We also have special offers on sets of Jane Austen or Bronte sister novels.

Are the books hardback?

Yes, the books are hardback with gold embossing and cover illustrations inspired by motifs of the Victorian period.

Are you releasing any more titles?

No plans at the moment, but do keep an eye on our social media channels for news.

Why isn't Shirley part of the Bronte collection?
