The books are beautiful and arrived in perfect condition and nicely packaged. The order was fulfilled pretty quickly.
The only thing that can be improved is a different postal carrier. In Greece you send with Hellenic Post, but they never deliver and also they charge for processing in customs even though there are no actual custom taxes for packages under 150.
The books arrived in perfect condition as they were packaged well. They're breathtakingly beautiful of course and I love them.
My only complaint: I bought the books from Germany and my last name was misspelled on the package. On the delivery day, I received an email that the parcel would be returned to sender since the name could not be found on my apartment's doorbells. I was luckily able to hunt down the delivery person and receive the books, so all went well.
It took exactly 2 weeks from day of ordering to day of delivery, which is great considering that the package had to go through customs. For anyone curious, I paid less than €20 import fees at customs for an order of ~ €140 (excl. shipping costs).
Apart from the tiny error with my name, I'm extremely happy with the books and satisfied with the ordering and shipping process.
Beautiful set of books at a very reasonable price
Books are in perfect condition! Love them! The only thing is that the Nortanger abby book - on the inside, its upside down and the end of the book is at the front of where you begin reading the book😂 not a huge problem, just funny. Also, took me a minute to realize that the Love and Friendship book has a collection of Jane Austins early writings in the beginning of the book and then Love and Friendship following more early writings Jane. Not complaining, just something i think people should be aware of so they dont think they got the wrong book☺️

I've been eyeing the Cranford Collection for quite a while, but since I love in the US they're not very easy to come by. I came across this site and, admittedly, was hesitant at first, but eventually decided to bite the bullet and order them and I'm so glad I did!
I ordered on May 2nd and they were delivered on May 12th, which was much faster than I expected shipping from overseas. The box they were sent in was pretty beat up which initially made me worry of what condition the books would be in, but they were all individually shrink-wrapped and wrapped in bubble wrap. When I opened them, they were all in pristine condition!
I couldn't ask for more with these books. They're absolutely gorgeous and I've been admiring them since the moment I opened my package.
I'll definitely be continuing to purchase the rest of the Cranford Collection through here!
